Hell. I Am Aware Of The Necessary Actions I Must

Hell. I am aware of the necessary actions I must take if my situation develops further. I just have some questions about it.

Last night I identified an oval lump that I assume is a inguinal hernia.

However, I have my doubts. I haven't been very active lately and and am in a deliberate consciousness change after a bout of depression. I stretched, but jumped into a some light exercise to start up my old routine again. I did some running until I was satisfied and tired, and did 20 push-ups and 20 sit ups.

Is there any kind of exercise related condition that could be hernia like? The lump instead very big in scope, just length. It doesn't hurt and feels more like a mass than anything else. Is it possible to have some kind of blood pooling or hip strain that does not hurt and leaves a lump? This is day two with it in my awareness.
