Hello -

I am a graduate student, and my due date is a week before my semester begins. My school is giving me a hard time about my schedule - my options are wither attend full time or take an entire year off, which is not feasible for me. Under title nine, I cannot be penalized for absences related to childbirth for as long as my doctor deems " medically necessary." How long is that?
