Hello - Im a relatively healthy 77 yr old woman and I've had some dark blood spotting for two days, and faint blood when I wipe after urinating. I may have passed two quite small blood clots as well just now. Should I wait a few days to see if this subsides? I don't have any noticible pain or irritation, and of course I always fear the worst. Thanks in advance for your response.
