Hello, 4 months ago i had my wisdom teeth removed six days after one evening my heart suddenly began to beat rapidly and my arm and leg went numb i also had complete fatigue...two days after this i woke up very weak and sick and went to the hospital three times before they found out that my Gallbladder needed to be removed so almost 2 weeks after my wisdom teeth were removed out came the gallbladder....since surgery ive had weakness, constant 24/7 dizziness like a boat is rocking, feeling faint like im going to pass out,but actually dont, naseau, unexplained weightloss, heart palpitations suddenly when im sitting without exercise or movement, aches and pains all over body but my right side from head to toe seems more effected than the left...ive had two brain mris both normal and cervical mri showed pinched nerve in left side of neck but i have stiffness all over my neck and sides of throat, i had endoscopy which showed normal, cts on both neck and brain as wellnormal, neurologists ran blood for thyroid and other things including lyme disease all came back normal except vit. d deficiency....ent did hearing test said my hearing is normal but that my cochlear ranges between both ears had rather large gaps and he sent me for second brain mri looking closer into my ears all came back normal ent is also doing allergy testing and im having two eye test done this week an evoke at neurologists and a vng at ent. Can my ears and eyes be causing the rocking the boat feeling in my head? it is 24/7 so i know it is not anxiety but i do have bouts of anxiety because i do not know whats wrong....ive had my heart checked thoroughly as well...i was in the hospital for that recently because it felt like something was gripping my heart ekg, blood work, nuclear stress test, and ultrasound all normal. would it be a good idea to go to an endocrinologist next due to vitamin d being a hormone could other hormones be lacking causing this off feeling in head? thank you for any help in advance
