Hello, Could You Please Help Me Read My MRI Result

Could you please help me read my MRI result as I don't understand it. I will type what it states. Vertebral alignment is normal. No focal bone lesions are detected. There are Mild, diffuse non compressive disc bulges at C3-4 and C5-6. No major disc protrusion causing neural compression is detected at any level. Central canal is capacious. Neural foramina are not narrowed.
CONCLUSION
Non compressive disc bulges at C3-4 and C5-6. No major disc protrusion, neural compression or spinal stenosis. Normal cervical cord.
