Hello Doc, I am 60 years old and I was advised to undergo KUB & prostate ultrasound the results are as follows: 1) Both kidneys are normal in contour, echopattern and dimensions. The corticomedullary contrast is maintained. There is no focal mass, caliectasia or shadowing calculus. 2) The ureters are not dilated. 3) The urinary bladder is anechoic with smooth unthickened walls. No intravesical mass is detected. 4) The prostate is enlarged at 55 X 47 X 43 mm. With smooth contour and with parenchymal concretions. IMPRESSION : GRADE III PROSTATOMEGALY What is the best remedy for this. Please help me. Thank you. Jaime Castro
