Hello Doc,
I am fewly diagnosed Type 2 after yearly medical checkup FBS 200 PPBS 300 was put on gemer ds1 and i went on strict low carb diet and zero sugar for 10-15 days and was regularly monitoring my levels which were in between 60-80. Now after 12 days FBS is 104 and PBBS is 80 it is ok ? my doc has put me on GEMER 1 and has told to follow same diet discipline and exercise. Please suggest is it ok.
