Hello Doctor, I Am 6.1 Weeks Pregnant. Yesterday Had My

Hello Doctor,

I am 6.1 weeks pregnant. Yesterday had my ultrasound and observed that the heartbeat is 96 bpm which is said to be low by the doctor. Also the sac is placed in lower region of uterus. The doctor is very disappointed by the reports and suggested follow up scan after 6 days. He said that if the heartbeat is not raised by next week's scan then we may need to terminate the pregnancy.

I also had scan 11 days before and the sac was in position. But after this scan the position changed.

Are there any chances of the position of sac changing by next week. Is terminating pregnancy right option? To inform you on history I had right tube ectopic pregnancy in August month 2015 which was treated by medical management.

Please provide your opinion.
