Hello Doctor, I Am Kibria From Bangladesh. I Am 40

Hello Doctor,

I am Kibria from Bangladesh. I am 40 and 5feet 4 inch in height, 84kg weight. Over the past 2-3 years I been experiencing head reeling problem while walking on the streets. I feel like I going to fall in the street but some how I manage my body to keep straight by slowing down walk speed. I feel pain in my chest (left side) I went to the doctor and he prescribed me "Fixocard". While I take the medicine I can not walk very fast, I feel my a chock in the middle of my upper chest. So I stopped taking it. The doctor also prescribed Fenactrol as my TG was found 320 where as normal level is 150. I feel pain in my chest sometime it moves moves around the chest. Do you have any suggestion for me about it.
