Hello Doctor. I am a 17 year old boy. Many of my friends say that I am very skinny. My weight is around 40 kgs. And my height is nearly 5' 5. Recently my father suggested me to join a nearby gym. I honestly like to become a strong body builder one day. But I am scared because some people say that my height won't grow after heavy lifting. Is what they are saying true? And one more thing is that I am unable to understand what food I should take and in what quantity. For how long should I spend my time at the gym?
