I had 3 nerve decompression treatments in the last 3 months. I was prescribed Meloxicam and Gabapentin in addition to Norco to relieve back pain. I was also administered an epidural injections two weeks ago, I was doing relatively well but not totally recovered. About 3 days ago, I woke up and when I looked in the mirror my face was swollen, my neck and chin were horrible, please let me know how can I get rid of the side effect of cortizone. I discontinued all medication except for NORCO (twice a day) and Flexeril once a day for muscle relaxation. I am panicking. My face is so swollen I look like a pig. :(
