I m 36 yrs .I am little higher side of weight .Not a lot ..But heavy thighs. I was doing gym work out regularly & was very fit , but due to some constrains stopped workout from a year .I have regained my weight now.From a week I am getting pain in my knee and i have some bone sound . My mom has knee joint replacement surgery at her 60yrs . She says its a initial stage of Aarthritis , I have taken neccessary action to reduce my weight . But please support me on food and exercises to avoid Aarthritis .
