I've been on nuvaring for a year now! And I always make sure I put it on a right day but this time after my week ring free I forgot it for 6 days.
And now I'm having spotting brown discharge & I have to start my period about a week & I stil have my nuvaring on.
What should I do? Is it possible I am pregnant?
I haven't done a test yet.
