One of my friend had a shoulder dislocation around 3 months back while playing cricket. This was his 4th time. First time was around 8 years back in a motorbike accident, 2nd while playing volleyball, 3rd while playing badminton. This time it was worse as he still not recovered compltely even after 1 month of medications and bandage. Doctor advised him to go for surgery. However he was little skeptical about surgery and he wanted to know how simple or complex will be the surgery. Could you please guide us whether surgery is required and if so what will be done in the surgery? Will it be endoscopic or open type?
