Hello Doctor,

This is about my brother who is suffering from severe mental disorder. I will tell about his past incidents:
He gets very angry with a high temper without any concern for his parents nor any relatives nor anyone. He can harm anyone anytime and can harm himself as well. He uses slangs all time anywhere without having a sense where he is or who is around him.
He generally talks about the past incidents that had hurt him very much and cannot control his anger. Always revenge is there in his mind and because he cannot do anything all his anger goes to his parents. I am afraid he might harm them anytime. Please suggest what should be done.
