We are planning for baby from last 6 months. We have done Follicular Study report.
As per report: My Endometrium thickness is very less.
Please check the below details of the Follicular study report.

On 13th day size of the Left overy is 17X13 and Endometrium thickness is 4.5 MM.
On 15th day size of the Left overy is 17.5X15 and Endometrium thickness is 5.9 MM.
On 18th day size of the Left overy is 19X15 and Endometrium thickness is 6.1 MM.
On 21th day size of the Left overy is 21X15.9 and Endometrium thickness is 7.3 MM.
On 24 th day size of the Left overy is Follicle and Endometrium thickness is 8.1 MM.

Same time doctor also given below injection and Tablet
1. Fertgyn HP 5000Iu (Injection)
2. progynova 2mg tablets

But after all this treatment pregnancy report negative.

Please suggest and guide how come out from this problem.
