i want to lose my belly fat and from today i started a dry fruits diet like in the morning i am taking 12 almond, 12 cashew and 5 dates..and then in lunch i eat normal food like daily..and in the dinner time i eat the same dry fruit diet like morning..because i read about those dry fruits as they are very effects and gives proper nutrition as per human body need and with very very low fats and calories and plus after eating them i don't starving so i don't eat oil desi food..
what i want to know is the way i am taking those dry fruits and the quantity, is fine or no..
plus i also want to increase my timing in bed u know what i mean..so i heard that those dry fruits can help me alot in bed also..
Please suggest if you think tha i have to add more dry fruits or no..
