Hello Doctor,
in last 3 -4 months my menses came every time 2-3 days earlier than time. But last month its not came so i consulted the doctor and she suggested me to take meprate. after taking 5 days ,menses came after 10 days.
Now i want to take some secure step to avoid pregnancy . can you suggest me any medicine or any short term like 2-3 year any other option.
