Hello Doctor, my father was admitted to Mallige hospital 2weeks ago. He has Parkinson disease and his age is 74. Before admitted he was having lot of swallowing difficulty and was not responding to us. After admitting, 4 days later they discovered he developed aspiration pneumonia and currently being treated for it. This is the 5th day in the ICU and his condition doesn't seem to be improving.. With lungs, the kidney is also getting effected.
