Hello Doctor My Last Periods Was On 16th March 2016

Hello Doctor
my last periods was on 16th March 2016 but still today i have no periods and no pregnancy. I had ultrasound , in this i ave PCOS ,after that doctor gave me primolut n tablet. I started two time from Monday i.e 9th May 2016 to 11th May 2016 but there is no peiods.....one problem is also there,before and after periods,always infection and itching in vagina since january 2016 . I had also ecotopic pregnancy in right Fallopian tube in October 2015 but then there was no PCOS and my periods are always irregular, It may be 32,35 or 39 days cycle....Kindly help me i have no baby and i want to conceive
