Hello Dr. I Am A 47 Year Old Trans Woman,

Hello Dr. I am a 47 year old trans woman, I'm 6', 220 lb. I smoke a pack of cigarettes a week and drink a beer a day. My meds are 2mg of estrodiol a day. Today is Sunday evening and on Tuesday I crashed skiing. I landed hard on my upper left chest, I mildly knocked the wind out of myself but no big deal, I didn't have any side effects from that crash until Thurday. Thursday I moved funny and felt a sharp pain to the outside of my left breast. It went away within 20 minutes but over the last couple of days it has been getting worse. Today I have been uncomfortable all day and now that it is evening the discomfort is now consistent. When I inhale I can feel the pressure, when I use my left arm to get up out of a chair I can really feel it. If I put pressure to the outside of my ribs I can feel it and now if I put pressure to the left of center I can feel it. Do you have any thought or questions that might put my mind at ease? Thank you for your time.
