Hello Dr. I have a Metastatic Breast Cancer to Liver (Estrogen Receptor Positive, Her 2 Neg), yet still having a normal functioning of the Liver (normal enzymes and the lesions are 3 in total: each on a part of the liver). what would be the best as first line treatment? and is it better to start with Chemo then hormone therapy? or a Hormone Therapy as first line would be enough?. Noting that because i am still premenopausal; my oncologist prescribed for me to do an ovariectomy before starting the treatment.
