Hello Dr., I was advised medication for GERD, since I had burning sensations early in the morning and especially near the center of rib-curves and when I sleep side ways I feel like a ball/lump in my upper abdomen falling on the side I sleep. When I stretch my rib-cage with a deep breath, I feel the muscles around completely knotted. This symptom is still present and also this feeling is more severe when I have beer or little Alcohol
