Hello Dr. My son who will b 4yrs in this mth is running down with fever ranging from 99-102.8. from last 7days. after 2days of fever hv visited the Dr. N he diagnosed him with throat infection because of which he is down with fever. Medicines advised were pulmoclear syrup, Calvm forte -amoxcillian n potassium calculate suspension n vitaresp fx. N fevego, meftal -p depending on the temperature to reduce fever 4 ml in both the medicine. But still today after 5days of medicine course completion also his fever is persistent n even the throat infection same. visited the Dr again n he has advised now blood test which will b done 2morrow.
My son from last 4yrs falls ill during Oct n Nov consistently. He gets chest congestion, throat infection n finally high fever. His fever takes lot of time to reduce. He just weighs 12.90kg. His immunity is also low. Doesn't likes milk from childhood onwards. Dr. Pls advise wheather the medication is correct. Y does he falls ill so frequently which takes so much of time to get cured. It's 7 days almost. Is my child allergic prone. Not able to understand. Pls guide.
