Hello Dr. Rynne, I Am 49 Yr Old Female Who

Hello Dr. Rynne,
I am 49 Yr old female who has delt with autoimmune issues for thirty years. However, no one would know that by looking at me. But for the last several months I have had pain up under my left rib cage, and just below it. I still have one staple left holding my stomach to the abdomen wall from a feeding tube years ago, when I couldn't swallow from dermatomyositis. Now I also have rheumatoid arthritis. Do you have any idea what this could be. I am currently following the autoimmune protocol diet.
