Hello Dr. Rynne, I Have Been Playing Ice Hockey And

Hello Dr. Rynne,
I have been playing ice hockey and golf my entire life. Just recently (6 months-1 year) I have experienced sharp shooting pains in my left wrist (below my hand on my pinky side) whenever I shoot a hockey puck. Golf usually does not affect it, however, every once in a while it will happen when I hit a golf ball. The main problem is ice hockey because i still play 2-3 times a week and shooting a puck is becoming more and more painful.
Any help is appreciated

Thank you,

Nick Bertoni
