Hello,
Following a fall I caught the top of the back/inner thigh of my left leg on Saturday. It was sore but since then and today Tuesday I have noticed the sore area is bruised and it has a bump about the size of a pingpong ball. will this disappear on it's own once healed or should I show my doctor.
