Hello,
For many years I had a very meat&dairy oriented diet and very little carbs. a few months ago I went through quite a weight loss due to lots of stress and anxiety with work, very little sleep etc. so for the last couple months i decided to change my diet entirely, i completely stopped eating meat and cheese and am going very high on carbs (rice, potatoes, beans) and vegetable oils (mostly olive oil). To regain my weight as fast as possible i am perhaps over-doing it with the olive oil (although my weightgain is VERY slow). I have always done a lot of sports and have a healthy body, but lately, 2 months into the "vegan" style diet, i am experiencing stomach pains automatically after I eat anything. could this be due to the amount of olive oil? (150 grams per day -ish) i am making sure to get enough daily protein through protein rich seaweed, nuts and occasional fish. Exercise every day 20-40minutes, female, 25 years old, petite type.
On the internet i found that this could be one of many things: ulcer, irritable bowel syndrome...
Thank you for your time. C. CONRAD
