Hello! Hope somebody can help me interpret by baby’s(1yr old) fecalysis and blood occult test :(

- no ova or parasites
- pus cells = 1/3
- RCB = 1/3
- yeast cells = fee
- bacteria = many

Positive in blood occult test

Sharing also the ff info:
- very active, no loss of appetite of decrease in mill intake
- she had an ointment for diaper rash on her butt and private area the time we collected the stool sample
- 1 week of mushy stool for about 4-6x a day
- this week, lessened stool frequency

I’ve been reading a lot about positive blood occult and I’m really worried right now. Is there something wrong with my child?
