Hello I am 28yrs old and had my tubes tied almost 7yrs ago. I had my last period may 15th, 2016. I've been having slight lower left abdominal pains and right lower back pains. Sharp needle like pains in my right shoulder, and some cramps in my right thigh. I dont use protection with my husband at all. Can you help me figure out what is wrong without goin to the docs office and having to pay alot of $$$ out of pocket??? I have no spotting or bleeding either.
