Hello, I Am 36 Years Old, African American Woman. I

Hello,
I am 36 years old, African American woman. I have suffered from PCOS for years, recently I was told that have adenomyosis , a few uterine fibroids, issues with scar tissue from c-section. A couple months following the diagnoses, I had a period that lasted for a month and a half, which the doctors told me to remove the birth control, Nurvaring, so my body could 'reboot'. I was told to use the replace the birth control as scheduled for the next month. The next month arrived and my period was very heavy for almost 5 days; going through super tampons and pads within hours. As the flow slowed downed, I noticed that period blood and clots would only flow out during urination. Is this normal? If not, which condition could be causes these problems? Or could the birth control be responsible the problem?
