Hello. I Am 45 Years Old And Have NEVER Been

Hello. I am 45 years old and have NEVER been to a gyno. I am 5 feet tall and weigh just over 200 pounds. My periods have always been difficult. Mostly I pass extremely large clots. So much so that it takes my breath away. I have always had prolonged periods as well lasting for 3 weeks or MORE. Over the past 5 years I have been getting a boil? or some kind of cyst on my abdomen that always coincides with my period. 90% of the time it is on my left side. A few times I had one on my right side. This month I got one on my right side but this time it was up higher than usual. I always put a EXTREMELY HOT wash cloth on the sore? and it usually bursts in the night while I am sleeping. This time was no different, except 1 day later another one popped up on my left side in the panty line crease of my leg. I put a hot rag on it and it too burst and bled alot but is still very raw and painful. Is there anything you can tell me about these sores? I am scared that I have had 2 in 2 days.
