Hello, I Am 48 Y/O And Have A History Of

Hello, I am 48 Y/O and have a history of dysplasia in my early 20's which was diagnosed by cervical biopsy and treated with cryotherapy (all STD's were negative including HPV). I have never had another abnormal pap smear since that one time. I was on birth control from the age of 15 for ammenorrhea until I was in my late 20's with no complications. My periods were normal, but always painful. When I stopped birth control to attempt getting pregnant i began to have more heavy, passing clots and inability to get pregnant (this was from age 29-33). I had my first Ultrasound at 30 which was suspicious for Bicornuate Uterus and had a Hysterosalpinogram in 2004 which was negative for Bicornuate Uterus, but diagnosed endometrial Uterine Fibroid (subserosal). I was not able to conceive and my husband and I did not pursue fertility treatment.
Now, I am Perimenopausal (both my sister and mother completed menopause 49-50). I recently developed menopause symptoms (on/off over past 10 years)but they were mild and controlled with diet/exercise. This past January I started to have Irregular cycles (less flow, less days and more time between periods). Until, I started to hemorrhage which sent me to see Gyn Specialist. I have Hemorrhaged 3x's during the process as follows: Pelvic Exam, Pelvic US (05/11/2015) both Transabdominal and Endovaginal which confirmed Uterus 7.3 cm x 4.5 cm, 5.6 cm, endometrium 15 mm in double layer thickness, Right Ovary 3.8 cm x 2.7 cm x 2.9 cm with dominant follicle 3/4 cm x 2 x 2.4 cm, Left ovary 3 cm x 1.4 cm x 2.8 cm, Uterus normal in appearance with a 1.7 cm subserosal fibroid present off of the anterior fundus. Endometrial echo comples is upper limits of normal in thcikness but homogenous in echotexture/No adnexal lesions are seen/No free pelvic fluid is demonstrated. This then led me to the next step of Uterine Biopsy on (06/30/2015) with a diagnosis of: Disordered Proliferative Endometrium. I Have a follow up with MD on 7/14/15
