Hello, I am a 22 yr old non sexually active woman. I have never had a gynecological exam due to the fact that I haven't had any issues. However, this summer I had a period at the beginning of June. It has now been nine weeks since I've had a regular period. For the past 7 days I have experiences irregular, heavy spotting. It doesn't warrant using a tampon all the time, but it comes in random intervals. And has not changed any since it began. It varies from old to bright red blood. It's very odd and nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I want to know if i should see a doctor and what it might be?
