Hello. I Am A 28 Year Old Female Who Was

Hello. I am a 28 year old female who was diagnosed with SLE last year. I was hospitalized in January with my first flare, which caused pleural effusions. I was since treated with prednisone and discharged. About two weeks ago, I started losing a lot of hair. My rheumatologist sent me for a blood test. My anti-DNA (DS) Ab Qn came back a 66. I have not had any kidney involvement in the past. Could this mean I do now? Also, what should I do for my hair loss?
