Hello, I Am A 54 Year Old Woman Who Suffered

Hello,
I am a 54 year old woman who suffered a Subarachnoid Hemorrhage two years ago, which was repaired by coiling. I have been very fortunate and have made a really great recovery. Lately however, I have found myself doing some odd things, and forgetting what I was doing or where I put things, and I want to know if this is related. For example, last week I was making pancakes and was sure I got an egg out of the refrigerator, but could not find it anywhere. Today while my daughter was getting something out of a drawer, she found an egg. Although my family laughs these things off, I find it very disconcerting, and am concerned. Any insight or direction on what I should do would be appreciated.
