Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, I am a 57 year old white female. I am 5'8'' and weigh 176 pounds. In April 2015 I was in a car accident and my airbag went off when I hit the car in front of me when they stopped abruptly. My seatbelt fractured my sternum. A year later I developed breast cancer and ended up having a bilateral mastectomy. The cancer had not spread to my lymph nodes and I was able to avoid chemo and radiation. My tumor was estrogen and progesterone positive and I have been taking Arimidex for about 2 months now. I have also developed fairly frequent pvcs showing up on my holter monitor. Approx 2000 in 24 hours. My stress test and echocardiogram were both negative. My cardiologist said that if they bothered my enough I could take medicine for them. At times while lying in bed I have bigemeny and trigemeny and sometimes it does bother me, but does not cause chest pain. I have done some research and was wondering if you have heard of chiropractic adjustments can help heart irregularities. I was just wondering if I am out of alignment since my car accident. Please let me know if you think I need a second opinion for the pvcs. Thank you!
