Hello, I Am A Fifty Two Year Old Married Male

Hello, I am a fifty two year old married male and I am having some urinary track issues. I went to the doctor on this past Sunday with the thought that I possibly had Strep throat, and was also having an inflammation of the tip of my penis and what looks like clear fluid from my penis, very slight leak of fluid. I also had mild lower back pain, since then I have started having pain between my scrotum and anus along with lower belly pain. I forgot to say I had a slight fever of 99.1 on Sunday when I saw the doctor. The doctor ordered a UA test which came negative for Leukocytes and Nitrites and the rest was normal except Glucose was 3+, also my blood pressure was very high. The doctor prescribed Penicillin V Potassium 500MG, my throat is better and I am feeling better except for the urinary issues. I did not tell the doctor that I received unprotected oral sex while out of town for work two weeks before. I know I messed up and don't know why I did it but am worried about the urinary issues. Does it sound like an STILL or prostrate issue?
