I am a male and 27 year old. I have shifted my place of residence one year ago. I was very fair on that time, but after shifting I am getting dark day by day. Although The condition of climate are almost same in both places. Even I am living now in better condition. Now I am using air conditioner room, that was not there. Moreover I rarely walk in sun light. Please suggest me what should I do now?
