Hello, I Am A Singer And While Performing On Stage,

Hello,

I am a singer and while performing on stage, a small fly entered my mouth and I felt it hit the back of my throat. I immediately swallowed as a natural reaction and did not feel any coughing or choking sensation. However, I am extremely worried that the fly may have gone down my respiratory system or my larynx which may damage my vocal ability. Could this be true? Please help!
