Hello, I Am A Woman, 38 Years Old And I

Hello, I am a woman, 38 years old and I had a test result of ALT of 62. I read ALT is a blood test which shows if the liver is healthy. I have iron deficiency and usually low thyroid, however right now my TSH hormone is <0.01. I had an abortion 2 months ago. I don't know if this makes a difference. Also I ran on the treadmill the night before the test and had some alcohol during the week before the test. Oh, and I'm also borderline diabetic and ever since I got pregnant in July I've been eating some junk food and lots of sugar. Should I be worried about the condition of my liver and what can I do to make it better. The other day I stopped eating junk food and I'd say I'm eating healthy now.
I've been having the following symptoms: stuffy nose, joint pain, muscle weakness, loss of energy, difficulty breathing, gasping for air even after I climb one flight of stairs, frequent bowel movement, trouble sleeping, I had a period of terrible itchiness during nighttime, still happens but is not as severe.
Please help.
Thank you,
Milena
