Hello, I am in severe pain. I am a forty year old female. I have complex migraine and have received two opcipital nerve block injections I also have some bulging disks in my c2,c3,and c4 spine. I had my last medial branch block last Thursday and I have been recovering slowly. Yesterday I coughed and now I cannot turn my head up down or to the side without severe pain. I cannot lift my arms either. It hurts so bad to talk or even stand. I called the Dr that did the injections and told them and they have not gotten back to me. I am taking amitryptaline and tizanidine as well as Tylenol and sleeve. Nothing is helping. Ice and heat too.
