Hello I Am Writing Because I Think I Have Proteinurea.

Hello

I am writing because I think I have proteinurea. I am a 20 years-old male healthy male with no disease, that are living in Denmark. I do cardio once a week and have a normal BMI. Besides this, I do not have any family history with renal diseases. Furthermore, I have no symptoms at all. The only two symptom I have is a very little bit a foam that disappears five seconds later. When i urinate in a cup i can sometimes also see a tiny bit of white particles, but i do not know if it is caused from intercourse or if it is the protein.

I made some blood- and urine tests the other day. My blood tests showed normal concentrations of albumin, creatinene etc. My urine test also showed a 25 albumin to creatinine ratio. Albumin in urine was 36 mg/L and creatinene was 12.8 mmol/L. The ratio were normal but looking at the creatinene and albumin seperately it looks like they are not normal.

Could you please tell me what to do in order to reverse the problem?
