Hello I fell down 8 of our wooden carpeted steps 3 days ago. I have a huge ugly bruise on my right butt cheek. I have worsening pain on my tail bone as well as my left hip and upper and lower back and thepelvic area. Hurts to sit down, walk and even pick up my 8 month old!! I have been using a heating pad but no ice or cold compresses. Any suggestions please I don't know if I should go to ER for xrays or what, I have a lot of trouble out of my hips constantly even before the fall due to them being dislocated when I was born. Please I need some advice from a professional about what I should do!! Thank you for your time.
