Hello. I fell down some concrete steps on Saturday. Had lower leg xrayed on Sunday but no fracture. Given Naproxen and Codeine and told to rest, ice and elevate. Started taking Naproxen straight away. Started taking Codeine yesterday. I can't rotate my ankle and have limited movement in my toes and when trying to move my foot up and down. My foot tends to go a reddy purple colour when I stand, and I get a shooting pain down the front of my leg - again when I stand. I can put weight on it once I have stood for 10 mins or so, and then the shooting pain goes. My ankle and lower leg have been swollen but this seems to have gone down today. Do I need another visit to the docs/hospital? Thank you.
