Hello, I Had A CT Abdomen+ Pelvis W/o Contrast Scan

Hello, I had a CT abdomen+ Pelvis w/o contrast scan last night. I went to the ER for right Flank pain. I have a history of Kidney stones. No HX of surgeries. The CT results showed 2mm stones in upper and lower pole of right renal pelvis and Sub centimeter hypodensity in segment six too small to characterize. I am more concerned of theSub centimeter hypodensity results than the stones. Could this be a tumor? Should I take these results to my primary M.D. to have further tests done?
