I had a misscarriage 3 months back...since then i am having pain in my lower abdomen on the left hand side.the pain increases during periods and is almost unbearable.most of the times.GP gave me mefanemic acid and cocodomal.also had an ultrasound which came out to be normal.also flucoxillin antibiotic was prescribed for 5 days which also didnt help.
Now after 3 months the pain is again unbearable and daily i have 2 take strong painkillers still the pain is there.what can be the cause?
