Hello, I Had A Sudden Onset Severe Headache With BP

Hello, I had a sudden onset severe headache with BP that was 220/115, I went to the urgent care and they sent me to the ER. The ER did a CT scan, gave me some meds (Benadryl and reglan), Pain reduced & BP came down and they sent me home. A couple hours later, the headache came back. It has been 30 hours now- while the intensity varies, the headache is not going away. I normally don't get headaches. The one time I had one of this severity, I was diagnosed with meningitis (2006). My BP is still elevated (149/94) with the higher pain levels- drops when the pain subsides. BP was 126/80 the day before onset, and the day before that it was 109/76. I saw my chiropractor today and she said C1 and C2 were out. They worked on it, but I still am having flairs. Drinking more does not seem to change anything. Any suggestions for management?
