Hello, I Had My Gallbladder Removed A Year Ago Due

Hello, I had my gallbladder removed a year ago due to elevated ALT and AST enzymes. My symptoms were nausea, abdominal pain, heartburn, headaches and painful bloating. This symptoms disappeared for some time but now a year later the pain has become an everyday issue. My ALT and AST levels are down but now is my GGT what's elevated. I'm 35 years of age, not overweight, don't drink alcohol and try to watch what I eat constantly. My doctors are puzzle but not worried, should I be worried?? Is the abdominal pain related to elevated GGT levels??
