Hello. I has neck fusion surgery may 31st. 3 weeks later I developed a red streaking itchy rash and increased mucus witch is clear. The thing that relieves the rash is alcohol. I have been trying to decrease my intake of white wine but the rash , or hives, continue. I am miserable. My med are Lisinopril, Welbutrin, and Paxil. I am a smoker times 25 years. I have no known drug allergies.
